A lease agreement will be sent by the owner after your reservation is received. A copy of your photo ID and matching credit card is required. The same ID and credit card must be presented at check-in.

Property only accepts, bank transfers and wire transfers. Total must be received 24 hours after reservation confirmation. If funds are not received after 24 hours, property has the right to cancel reservation.

Expect wire or transfer instructions to be outlined within 24 hours after reservation confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A security deposit of USD 150 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
